Culver’s, the largest frozen custard chain in the U.S., has opened at 946 Pancheri Drive.
The Idaho Falls location is the second in thve state and one of more than 600 family-owned/operated franchises across 24 states. The other Idaho location is in Twin Falls.
The first Culver’s restaurant opened for business in Sauk City, Wis., on July 18, 1984.
Culver’s of Idaho Falls is open 10 a.m. to 11 p.m. seven days a week, according to its website.

Eagle Rock Indian Motorcycle opens in I.F.
Eagle Rock Indian Motorcycle opened Friday at 845 Milligan Road off South Utah Avenue. It is open from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Tuesday through Saturday.

Distinguished Under 40

Distinguished Under 40 is a recognition program conducted each year by the Young Professionals Network of the Greater Idaho Falls Chamber of Commerce.
The program is designed to recognize business people under 40 who go above and beyond in their profession, community, or other endeavors.
Applications for the 2017 awards will be accepted until Aug. 18. Self-nominations also are allowed, a chamber news release said.
All materials submitted become the property of the Greater Idaho Falls Chamber of Commerce and will not be returned. Honorees will be recognized at an awards luncheon in September.

Chamber’s Leadership class

The Chamber Leadership Idaho Falls Class, presented by the Greater Idaho Falls Chamber of Commerce, gives participants valuable information on the inner-workings of the greater Idaho Falls community.
The class is a nine-month program that meets the second Wednesday of each month October through June and provides a forum for participants to participate in the following activities:
• Site visits from “behind the scenes” perspectives on key businesses and programs
• Networking with community leaders and business people
• Interaction with community experts on a one-on-one basis
• Working in teamwork structures to research and present community issues to other participant groups
