Four Idaho Falls Police Department officers are receiving promotions this Christmas, including the first woman officer to become a sergeant in the department’s history.

AG plans suit against Hathaway

A recent filing in U.S. Bankruptcy court indicates the Idaho Attorney General’s Office prepared has a complaint against Hathaway Homes Group that would permanently put it out of business if successful, but it is temporarily on hold because of bankruptcy proceedings.

Hathaways lose control of business

Hathaway Homes Group is one of the region’s largest distributors of manufactured and modular homes and a large RV dealer. But the company is bankrupt. This raises a question: Where did all the money go?
