Chukars fall again to Raptors

A tough season continued for the Idaho Falls Chukars, who fell 7-4 to the Ogden Raptors on Friday in the next-to-last game of the 2017 season.

The Chukars led 1-0 after two innings, only to see the Raptors rally for four runs in the third. Idaho Falls got within a run in the fourth but that was as close as it would get.

Amalani Fukofuka led the Chukars, going 2 for 4 with a double, a homer and two runs scored. Julio Gonzalez was 2 for 4 with a triple while Matt Morales and Robby Rinn each went 2 for 4.

The Chukars (32-43 overall) finish the season at 6:30 tonight with another game against Ogden.
