At Murtaugh, the Mackay High School football team closed out the regular season with an 82-32 win over Murtaugh on Friday.

Miners quarterback Kole Krosch rushed for 201 yards and passed for 222 more with no interceptions.

“They scored first and spread us out and scored from their passing game,” Mackay coach Lance Rosenkrance said. “Then we started to score and went up 40-8. They caught up to us and by the half it was 54-26. The kids played well and had a good game.”
