Name:		Required Field. Name of person to contact about Event.
Name of Organization:		Required Field. Name of organization that is hosting the Event.
Phone:		Required Field. Phone Number that the contact person can be reached at.
Alt. Phone:		If any, this could be a work or a cell phone number.
Email Address:		Required Field. Your email is required for submission. We use it to contact you about your entry.

Note:

Although all submissions will be carefully considered for print, not all submitted events will be published due to space constraints and other limiting factors. Events must be submitted at least 10 days in advance to be considered for print publication.
Use these tips to help get your listing(s) approved:

Add as much detail as possible to your event listing
Avoid using ALL CAPS
Do not use "quotation" marks in your Event Name
Check for spelling and grammatical errors
