GAP to close Jan. 26
By Alex Stuckey
The GAP store at the Grand Teton Mall in Idaho Falls will close its doors Jan. 26, store manager Emily Ray said Friday.
Both she and mall management declined to discuss why the store was closing and referred questions to GAP's corporate office.
Corporate spokeswoman Hannah Wong said in an email that the office wouldn't be able to look into the matter until after Tuesday.
The mall has been home to the retail store since 2000. Another store already within the mall will replace the GAP.
"We will have things marked down until the store closes, but anything that doesn't sell will be shipped back to corporate," Ray said.
