NESS-REID: Tye William Reid, son of Casey Reid and Carol Butler Reid, and Heidi Marie Ness, daughter of Clark and Karen Ness, exchanged their wedding vows Saturday, Aug. 18, 2012, officiated by Bob Vincent Reid, in front of their families, relatives and friends in a beautiful garden setting. The late-summer wedding took place at the home of the groom's grandparents, Wallace and Marlene Reid, in the beautiful little Blackfoot River valley. A reception and dance followed the ceremony.

Heidi graduated from University High School in Spokane, Wash., in 2005 and attended the University of Idaho in Moscow, Idaho, graduating in 2009. She is employed by Aviation Technical Services Co. in Seattle.

Tye grew up in the Firth area (Presto) and graduated from Firth High School in 2003. He graduated from the University of Idaho in 2008 with a master's degree in electrical engineering. He works for Janicki Industries in the Seattle area.

The newly married couple honeymooned for one day in Jackson, Wyo., viewing art galleries and the inspiring Grand Tetons, then hurried home to the quiet and peacefulness of the little Blackfoot River valley and helped Grandmother Marlene show them how to make Tye's favorite dill and bread and butter pickles. Days later, they left to go back to Seattle to their individual jobs.

May that perfect wedding day remain a vibrant memory in the future years of their life together.
