Risch not ready to let bygones be bygones

A central Idaho wilderness area will be renamed after late Gov. Cecil Andrus, despite a last-minute attempt to block it by Idaho U.S. Sen. Jim Risch.

BYU-Idaho group to host sand dune cleanup day
