Full Time District Manager Position Available for Idaho Falls Area The Post Register is looking to fill a District Manager position for our Circulation Department. The District Manager is responsible for ensuring the delivery of the newspaper within an assigned geographic area through the use of independent contractors. He/She must maintain defined standards of customer service and promote increased circulation through individual and team efforts. Duties Include: *Recruits, contracts, and guides an independent contractor carrier force to insure quality service to subscribers/vendors *Responds to customer complaints and works to resolve complaints quickly and to the satisfaction of the customer. Maintains company records as needed, including accurate and up-to-date route delivery lists. *Delivers open routes as needed. *Work weekends as duty manager as part of a rotation. *Outstanding communication skills, and the ability to work well with others. *Candidate should be able to lift 50 pounds and walk as far as a mile. *Candidates need reliable personal transportation that can be used for business purposes.
