Kate Taylor, the administrator for grants and special projects at the Challis Area Health Center, has earned the designation of certified medical practice executive by the American College of Medical Practice Executives.

The certification is an indication that Taylor meets the group’s management skills set requirements and that she earned the minimum required 50 hours of continuing education credits.

Taylor was administrator of the health center from 1998 until 2016. She oversaw the transition of the health center from a rural health clinic to a federally qualified health center.
