There will be flag ceremonies throughout Jefferson County on Memorial Day, May 29. The ceremonies are held by the Jefferson County Veterans Team.

There will be flag ceremonies throughout Jefferson County on Memorial Day, May 29. The ceremonies are held by the Jefferson County Veterans Team.
The schedule is:
• 9 a.m. — Grant Central Cemetery, 154 N. 3300 E. in Rigby.
• 9 a.m. — Roberts Market Lake Cemetery, 631 N. 2800 E. in Roberts.
• 10 a.m. — Milo Cemetery, 8020 E. 129 N. in Idaho Falls.
• 10 a.m. — Lewisville Cemetery, 3358 E. 400 N. in Lewisville.
• 11 a.m. — Ririe Shelton Cemetery, 12463 E. 129 N. in Rigby.
• 11 a.m. — Annis Little Butte, E. Menan Lorenzo Highway in Rigby.
• Noon — Rigby Pioneer Cemetery, 4023 Ririe Highway in Rigby.
• 1 p.m. — Veteran’s Memorial in Rigby.
At every cemetery in Jefferson County, there will be a flag raising, and flowers and a wreath will be presented, along with a 21-gun salute, Roy Gibson said.

Bonneville County:
Memorial Day events in Bonneville County include flag ceremonies at Bonneville County cemeteries and memorials.
The schedule is:
• 8 a.m. — Flag raising at River Memorial in Idaho Falls.
• 8:30 a.m. — Flag raising and program at Fielding Cemetery, 4600 S. Yellowstone Highway in Idaho Falls.
• 9 a.m. — Flag raising and program at Rose Hill Cemetery, 2355 Rollandet St. in Idaho Falls.
• 10 a.m. — Flag raising and program at Ammon Cemetery, 3456 E. 17th St. No. 185 in Idaho Falls.
• 10 a.m. — Reading names at Vietnam Memorial, 1435 Presto St. in Idaho Falls.
• 11 a.m. — Flag raising and program at Lincoln Cemetery, 2508 E. Lincoln Road in Idaho Falls.
• 3 p.m. — Program and moment of silence at Home Depot, 2075 S. Holmes Ave. in Idaho Falls.
Blackfoot:
The Boy Scouts will hold a Memorial Day ceremony 11 a.m. Monday at Grove City Cemetery, 1 Willow Drive in Blackfoot. It will be held at the tomb of the unknown soldier.
Attendees are asked to arrive 15 minutes early.
