At Mackay, the Miners' boys basketball team kicked off the 1AD2 District 6 tournament with a 78-36 win over Leadore.
Kyle Peterson tallied 28 points and Chase Green posted 27 for the Miners, who took a 20-6 lead into the second quarter and cruised the rest of the way.
Wyatt Warner added 16 points for Mackay.
In the second round of the tournament, the Miners (15-5) will host Watersprings at 7:30 p.m. Wednesday at Hillcrest.
Watersprings advanced to the game with a 103-9 win over Clark County on Saturday.

Stop us if you've heard this one before: Blackfoot and Skyline will play each other.
This time, they will meet in the first round of the 4A state tournament, set for 5 p.m. Thursday.
The Grizzlies went 2-1 against the Broncos in the 4A District 6 tournament, and thanks to Blackfoot's play-in game win over Nampa on Saturday, the teams will clash at state.
Also in girls hoops, West Jefferson's season came to an end in a 2A play-in game loss to New Plymouth.
